Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, join us for a condensed practice introducing wrestling techniques, fast-paced drills, and hands-on activities, all guided by our experienced mentors. Expect a supportive and inclusive environment where camaraderie, confidence, and leadership take center stage. The trial tailored to various skill levels, unfolds on Sundays with a choice to come to one practice at Orono High School. The schedule accommodates MS/HS (Grades 6-12) from 1-2:30pm and Youth (Grades PK-5) from 4-5:30pm. Best of all, this invaluable experience is FREE OF CHARGE (limit one per wrestler).
